Children's Sunday School Classes Children's Sunday School classes (for all ages) are intended to model Biblical Christian faith and to help children understand the Kingdom of God in Scripture through a variety of fun, engaging, and impactful media. Our ministry supports parents in their efforts to disciple their children in Christian faith. This church abides by policies and procedures to safeguard all, follows best practices, utilizes the District's Safe Sanctuary Training program, and staff/volunteers undergo scheduled background checks.
Adult Sunday School Classes
Young Adult Small Group
The Small Adult Group is a weekly gathering of adults (mainly 20s-40s) who meet after church to study the Bible in community with others. We believe grappling with Scripture together is a vital practice, if we are to: learn what it means to be a disciple of Jesus Christ, know God better, and grow in relationship with Him over the course of our lives. This group is a good place for Bible study coupled with pastoral care and Christian friendship.
The Jennings Class
The Jennings Class is a small intimate class that meets in the library. With the help of United Methodist Adult Bible Studies, we study Biblical scripture and care for one another. Our current attendance includes mostly seasoned adults, but we welcome everyone.
The Bill Davis Class
The Bill Davis Class uses the United Methodist Church Adult Bible Studies guides each week. Bible-based and Christ-focused, it is an approved resource by the General Board of Discipleship of the UMC. Lessons feature a purpose statement, biblical text, explanation and application, and prayer. Though we currently range in age from 50’s to 90’s, we encourage adults of all ages desiring to know and understand the Bible to join our class. Be a part of our biblically based and engaging conversations.
Charlene's Fellowship Class
Refreshingly different! Full of biblical discussion and fellowship. Supplementing our study with multi-media tools help enhance discussions with insights from various authors and commentators. Our fellowship ages range from 50’s to 90’s, so don’t let your age be a factor in not joining us in worthwhile discussion and study.
